Is anyone else getting fps drops on ps4

Tried playing deathslinger and Ghostface today on auto haven and am getting constant fps drops. can't reload of aim down sights without it dropping and can't activate night shroud or stalk without it dropping. Anyone else?

Literally an issue since 2017. Your PS4 might even start sounding like a lawnmower and automatically shut down when you try to boot the game up.
