CAN'T GET T3 PERKS AFTER LEVEL 50 IF NO TEACHABLES ARE UNLOCKED?
I asked in general, but not definitive if this is a bug or as intended. If intended, that sucks as I've spend many, many more blood points then needed to P3 and 50 Ace.
No T3 perks have been in the blood web since I hit 50 with no teachables unlocked.

that is intended, teacheables keep showing up until you unlock them

Because I don't like polluting the blood webs of other character with perks I won't use on them. Might when they are all P3.. but till then... no

I know they keep showing till they are unlocked, but there would usually be a 4th perk option to pick. I've been leveling them all to T2, planning so the entity eats the teachables. Now that all the other perks are T2, the 4th perk option have gone.....
