The teaser for Chapter 19 was just released today. In the teaser, there is no human. This chapter obviously is not going to be licensed. There was nothing that was prominent in the teaser However, there is some tape that is replayed or rewinded which leads me to believe whoever this killer is going to be will have some ability to reverse time, or replay an action that was made. What do you think?

    I definitely figured out the killer's power.

    It's called "earworm" because that's literally what the teaser is. I can't get this damn teaser-beat out of my head.
