Dead hard still broken??

Anyone else feel like Dead Hard is still broken against the twins? Was playing against twins the other day dead hard still didn’t work against Victor. Anyone else experience this ?

    Dodging hits with dead hard is always a gamble. They are doing something, but you need to wait. Maybe in half a year.

    It's been broken for well over a year now. But might as well just delete it since Killers are trying to get it nerfed.
