Will Trickster be considered a licensed killer?
Seems this chapter was made in collaboration with a k-pop group, so I'm curious if that would be enough to make it a licensed chapter, or if it's just supposed to be a cool cross-over. Anyone know for sure?

I don't think so

No. That's not how licensing works. If that was the case bill and kate would be licenses of a military vet and a country singer

Uhm.. Bill.. hes from left for dead.. hes a licensed character..
But yes, youre correct about kate.

Back story sucks. They took it from virtuosity. He's still just a regular person that the other 4 survivors could gang up on and beat the crap out of.

a licensed killer/survivor is a charecter which already exists in another franchise
eg;pyramid head , michael myers and freddy for example
this killer is newly created so wouldnt count as a licensed killer...if it was a collaboration with a k pop group then devs might mention it as been so , but still wouldnt be a licensed killer as far as i can see :)

Not unless they paid to use someone's likeness, which I don't think they did because they would have said as that is the entire point of using it.

Literally, and if a couple of the survivors get stabbed, after they murder the murderer, they can mend and heal each other
