I mean, they both Asian, they both throw knives and use baseball bats, they both dress... fashionably similar, and both have a passion for dancing and murder (possibly at the same time). Goro has a Trickster tree too. Cmon.

I think you're mistaken, but Koreans, Japanese, and Chinese people bite each other and tear each other apart, which means, it's a very bad relationship. In particular, with historical Korean and Japanese people don't get along very good old days. Because the pirates keep hostages ; plunder -.

What does this have to do with two video game characters that share extremely similar personalities among other physical traits? Getting all caught up in the fact that one is Korean and the other is Japanese.

First of all. Please know that that character doesn't look like a Korean at all. Because it's a character from a Japanese game. The color of Japan is very strong. Above all, the perception of "yakuza" in Korea is rumored to be bad. Also, in Japan, Yakuza is on the verge of decline, which means he is exaggerating.
