Executioner and Oni are the strongest of the killers you listed. Clown probably has the best perks of the list, but is the weakest killer of the bunch

Blight and ph are difficult but also good choices oni is less difficult and still a decent option

The highest potential from that list is blight. Hes also got a much much higher skill cap and steep learning curve
