Ghost face survivor? Scream 5 release

I know I’m like years late on this topic but I can’t understand why we got ghostface but then we never got a Casey Becker (Drew Barrymore) or Tatum Riley (Rose McGowan) or even the best option Cici Cooper (amazing horror actress Sarah Michelle Gellar). It’s not too late to add one of them IMO ghostface is still pretty relevant especially with a Scream 5 just around the corner

    They didn't get the rights to the characters from the Scream movies. They just got the rights to the costume which is owned by another company. The characters from the movie and the costume are owned by 2 different groups. They would have to pay both for permission to use them. So they got the costume and invented someone to wear it.

    I want Sarah Michelle Gellar as Helen Shivers from I Know What You Did Last Summer! Best chase scene from those classic slasher movies, cool character with great cosmetics options.


    We got only the Ghostface mask from FunWorld btw, it doesn’t belong to the Scream franchise. They bought the rights to use the mask in the movies as well. That’s also why the character that wears the mask in game is not related to the Scream movies.

    And Sidney Prescott is the obvious character we need as a survivor from the Scream movies.

    I would honestly be thrilled with any of the characters SMG plays in any movie or show. Of course Sidney would be amazing but usually it’s the ones who have died or are close to death that end up with the entity

    We got Laurie, Steve and Nancy, so that’s actually not a requirement!


    and agreed on SMG! Though I don’t see Buffy as a potential survivor because of her powers. And Helen Shivers would come with a crown, so I want that char the most :)
