Dead people make sounds on hooks they've been killed on.

After a survivor dies on a hook, That hook keeps making sounds as if the person was still on it. This only happens sometimes and I already got used to it. It has been happening since the patch where the killer desync has been fixed. This also can happen multiple times in a single game. I dont know if it also works when you let a survivor bleed out but it might also happen then, so also look out for that. If you need video evidence I could also provide you with it.
