Is facecamping reportable?

So, this last month I was watching a friend play dbd and once the last generator was done, a teammate was downed by Demogorgon in Springwood. This Demo put Meg on a hook in a street, in a corner made of some bushes and little concrete wall, next to a telephone cabin (if I remember it right) and stood up right in front of Meg. The thing is... since the hook was in a corner, thanks to the bushes around it that made a L along with some trash cans (or something like that), there was no prompt to rescue to the sides. My friend tried from the left and to the right, but no prompt would appear and Demo stayed there until that Meg died.

Yesterday I was the fortunate one to experience something similar in a hook in Lery's. I was playing together with this friend and she was hooked by a Nurse on a corner and this Nurse also facecamped her in that fashion. When I got to her I tried going through the sides, but there was no prompt to rescue and unfortunately the Nurse only backed up trying to perform a "catch" when my friend achieved the second phase on the hook. I know it's not griefing because she did that to everyone hooked and I know camping isn't reportable, but if I report this specific, is it bannable?
