Running the killer for multiple gens
Am I the only one whom would run the killer for like 3 or 4 gens and then be downed after the last gen... proceed to die on hook, whilst a Nea tbag the exit gates with 10k blood points.
no one else just me ?
ok π

i know what it feels like man. its so annoying because you have done a lot to keep the killer chasing you and your hoping it will pay off, and then yes, you get downed get hooked and your team doesnt help you. but thats solo queuing survivor for you.

Don't worry, it's just called solo que.

If I don't run the killer for at least 1 minute I usually lose because my team just can't keep up in chase.

Someone has to tbag the killer for me if i die! I need more people like that Nea :D

Better than running the killer and no gens pop.

Never heard of this happening.

I usually loop the killer for 5 mins then get downed, see that no gens have been done and my teammates let me die on my first hook (:

Why don't survivors get points for running the killer each gen? Isn't that like a distraction points

it's not often I can run the kiler for that long... but when I do, I usually just accept death

Itβs always the players with urban evasion and a flashlight π

I love when I do that looping Victor so I get no points for the match. Good times.

Then your reward is a face camp and losing a pip π

The point and emblem systems could both use some tweaks, or at least some in game tracking so you know where you stand in each category. I honestly can't tell what the game classifies as Distraction even when I get points for it.

Yup. Unless I'm playing swf I just let twins down me and hook suicide, I'm getting same amount of points without wasting my time.

Unfortunately, it very often leaves you in a very unlucky position, by that point, most killers know they're not going to win the match so they grasp at what kill they can get, usually targeting either whoever is at hand, or had been irritating them the most that match, both of which end up being the person who ran them the entire match. I would say that's more on your teammates letting you down though.

That's a bad combination of bad killer and bad team mates...

I enjoy getting some good loopers.. it's like, if you loop I'll face camp you.. it brings flavor to the game..but it sucks when no one will come to save.. it just boring for everyone..

I personally like doing the first gen solo and running the killer for at least 2 minutes only see every teammate crouched and doing absolutely nothing while we're somehow still at 4 gens five minutes into the trial. Really wish I could get matched with people who know how to play the game. There is no greater waste of time than solo queue.

There is honor in being a martyr.

I'm all three of your teammates combined into one potato.

Yup
Or they all come to rescue you and get downed in 10 seconds.
One time I was left for dead because I was a no mither even though I ran the killer the whole game (I only got to do half a gen), I was the obsession so you could even see I was in chase. I came out with 14k bp and some Nea got mad at me because I clearly "should have done more for the team" if I wanted to be saved. Lmao like ok girl you run the killer for 5 gens next time with only one health state, enjoy.

That literally happened to me today. It was a 5 gen run.

The simple answer is to not run the killer for 5 gens. there are 12 hooks to share around. Run enough to get bp and then go down and let someone else be his target or the last to be hooked.

I have seen this happen a lot of times. A good player loops the killer for multiple gens, only to get downed at the end (sometimes because of NOED) and die, while the others survive. The thing is, while it is not fair for that survivor, if the killer has NOED or is a oneshot killer and is camping, there is not much the others can do. If that is not the case, then the other team members should do what they can to save the survivor who was the MVP of the match.

I depipped as Bill running a Pyramid Head for 5 gens and the exit gates once. I survived the trial and didn't get enough points to even safety pip. I also did all that without an exhaustion perk or any bonuses to vault speeds.
While I might have depipped, my team DEFINITELY noticed what happened and I basically had a fan club for the post-trial lobby.

The less you do as a survivor the more chance you have of escaping, thatβs the golden rule.
