Killer Against SWF Not Fun
I've seen many posts about this and hope that if enough of them keep coming up, developers will provide a solution. The game is designed to not allow communications among players but SWF groups do it anyway. Why did you design game with such an easily exploitable issue? If we had a rule that everyone playing in a group gets a free Bond/Kindred perk in addition to their four, would that be fair? Of course not. But it also wouldn't be fair to just make killers more powerful overall for the sake of the solo queue players. I've heard suggestions that killers should be able to opt out of SWF groups but I think that would lead to massive queue times for SWF players which would not be fun either. I can think of two possible solutions.
Option One, give the killer a buff and/or SWF group a debuff that scales based on the size of groups. Maybe SWF players repair gens 1% slower per member of the group. The killer need not know about the group in advance because we don't want killers trying to avoid SWF groups but giving a little extra balance would be great.
Option Two, give all survivors voice chat in the same fashion that they use Discord. Provide it in the game so that survivors can easily talk to each other. With that as a given, balance the game accordingly, but don't do stuff like letting the killer overhear or something that would give players incentive to use Discord instead.

Your first solution would be unfair to players like me, who like to play with friends but refuse to use voice chat because it breaks the game.

Or to me that, when palying with friends, is always to sandbag eachother into oblivion.

I agree, it breaks the game as it stands. That's why I suggest they make it balanced so then you wouldn't be breaking the game. Your ethical play is noble but unshared by most SWF groups. Why not let you use voice chat and then balance instead of break the game?

I see your point. If the game was indeed balanced around it, I would probably use voice chat. Then again, you'd be at a disadvantage for not using voice chat, and not everybody wants to do that.

Devs should begin with showing SWFs in lobbies & introducing lobby dodge penalties.

Yes, but that's also the case with most team games. Overwatch, CSGO, etc all have the same thing of if you use voice chat, you do better than teams that don't use voice chat. Not putting it in the game just means you limit who has the advantage to those who use Discord, which is a lot of people.
I'm not in favor of showing SWF in lobbies. I shouldn't need to adjust my game for it and if the goal is to not have lobby dodging then the solution is to fix the reason killers dodge lobbies, not punish them for doing it. Right now the only reason I dodge lobbies is because of Keys, which I think really ruins the game. I've had some exciting and close games ruined by keys and I'm not even sure why they were used because it was such a good and close game. I also keep seeing people bring Keys with Bloody Party Streamers which just seems like a waste of streamers.

I'd buff solo-survivor and Killer. Maybe giving free Kindred/Bond might not be the worst idea if in exchange you buff killers as well. If SWFs don't have additional information to share it would negate part of their advantage and make the game a little more balanced.

Not everything needs a penalty.
