Character Can't Move
Brand new to the game. I play on PC, I log in to the game through the microsoft store app. I've joined a friend's match, and a public match as both killer and survivor. Everytime I've tried I can use my mouse to turn the character around and look around without any issue at all, but when I try to move my character it freezes and several seconds then the character might move barely.
This happens every single time so I've yet to be able to play a single game. The game will not allow my character to move at all. The characters I've tried to play are the Trapper and Dwight Fairfield.
I went to attach the logs to this and I open them up and it just appears to be a bunch of Japanese language characters...
Any help?

This could be a connection issue on either your part or the host's part. Try playing in a public match, if the issue persists, then it might be your connection or you're playing on too high settings for your PC to run.
Also, for the log, I'm pretty sure it's encrypted so that the player can't read it. The dev team should have the key to decrypt it so that only they can read it. Be sure to attach the log to your report anyway as it may contain important information!
