Protection Hits should apply to all survivors, not just injured
So I was in a game with a ghostface and had wglf. He was chasing a meg whom he had exposed with his power and I thought, "Hey, since she's about to go down in one hit, I should take a hit for her, right?" However, I did not get a protection hit and I remembered that you can only take protection hits for survivors that the killer is carrying and survivors that are injured. In my opinion, this is a bad mechanic as you should be able to take protection hits for all survivors that are in danger, especially if they are exposed or on their last hook. Anyways, this is open for discussion and I wanted to see what everyone else thought about it.

I wholeheartedly support this idea and I'd be more than happy were this the case. The only downside to this would be it'd be easier to activate Mettle Of Man, but even with this change I don't see it being too gamebreaking of a perk. Plus, more value from Forced Penance and WGLF is easier to get 4 stacks so you don't have to farm everyone off hooks and throw the game.
Which I'm rather famous for.

Well if they are exposed it’s literally the same as if they were injured so I don’t see why you shouldn’t get a protection hit.

Yes!
(also I sometimes don’t even get protection hits when taking a hit for an injured surv..)

Yeah, that makes sense.

I didn't even think about Forced Penance (probably because they get very little use) or Mettle of Man, but I definitely agree that it would help Forced Penance get more use as well as making it so that you don't have to force protection hits or unsafe gameplay for MoM and WGLF

Gonna add my agreement to the pile
