Killer idea "The Caregiver" (WIP V1)

To state, yes, I know there most likley never will be a character from a manga/anime series here. However, one night when my brain decided sleep was the *last* thing on its mind, I decided to throw on Netflix and have TPN play in the background. And I got an idea, to make a killer concept using Isabella. Now, I will say that this power is pretty weak so far, I'm trying to get some kinks out and get it as nice and balanced as I can. Sadly, this is an M1 killer though, maybe I can find some other ways to improve it, but I added a gimmick to help redeem it I guess?

Anywho, with all that out of the way, may I present the ramblings of a madman to this community,

The Caregiver

The role of Mother is to care for and provide for the children at Grace Feild Orphanage, nurturing the children here until they are adopted out into a foster family. The children here are given everything they need, food, fresh clothing, to even a big giant yard to run around in. However, the children at Grace Feild don't know of the horrible secrets that lie within. Isabella is a mother at Grace Field, being the youngest to ever be appointed to such a high position. It took years of vigorous training and mind breaking competition, but it was all, for one thing, to survive.

Children at Grace Feild are secretly raised as Livestock for the demons that reside outside the secure walls of the orphanage. Isabella was special, having impressed the mother of her house, she was given an option to be spared and train to become a Mom. She raised some of the highest quality meat, ranking her superior to those in the other farms. Isabella took this with pride and serious dedication. However, despite her great track record, there was one threat she couldn't even contain.

When two Orphans set fire to the orphanage as a part of an escape plan, Isabella rushed in order to put out the fire, smelling burnt flesh and hair, she needed to stop the fire otherwise she would be in deep trouble. She discovered the smell was all a decoy, some lunch meat and burning hair to fool her, the smoke from the fire began to seep in around her. She rushes out in a huff, determined to catch those responsible, running to the end of a hallway, following her tracker right to the location of a child. All she could find was a bucket, and inside was a severed ear, which was where the trackers were installed into the children.

While trying to run out of the orphanage to stop the escaping children the smoke would only grow thicker and thicker, until she wasn't able to see anything in front of her. Feeling the smoke enter her lungs and begin to suffocate her, she felt the world spin and the voices of demons engulf her mind. Gaining a second wind, she used pure strength and will power to power through the smoke and break out of the orphanage. The sight she was left with was a rude awakening.

She found herself on the farm she grew up in, the trees have lost most of their leaves, the ground grey and cracking with an ominous glow. The sky a barren full grey sky with clouds of fog rushing by. She began to hear a whisper that guided her along the paths of dead foliage and brush, the sounds of the whispers growing close, the feeling of dread quickly dissipating. The whispers began to speak to her, telling her about her situation. It was simple enough, she had a new higher up to answer to, her goal still the same as it ever was...

Bring the meat for the slaughter.


Lantern- Isabella can use her Lantern, to illuminate her path through dark areas. When using her Lantern and a survivor is inside the Lantern's radius, the survivor's aura will be revealed. While the Lantern is equipped, she will be immune to the effects of flashlights or other bright lights (Firecrackers etc). The lantern lights up a 15-meter radius, which can be increased via add-ons. The Lantern can be equipped for 15 seconds at a time, and a cooldown of 50 seconds between each use, when she is in a Chase the timer for the lantern use goes down twice as fast, and her Lantern recharge will be slowed down to half speed. While carrying a survivor her Lantern is consumed at half the base rate.

Pocketwatch- Isabella can also use her pocket watch to track survivors. When she pulls out her watch it will take 3 seconds to warm up, and will display an overhead map, with dots representing survivors nearby. It works like a radar, sweeping around and updating every 2 seconds. It lasts for around 12 seconds or she initiates a chase. The watch can track survivors within a 24-meter radius, and will also show survivors hiding inside lockers. However, there is a cooldown of 60 seconds between uses, while she is in a chase, the cooldown timer is slowed down to half speed.


Perks-

Under Control (Unique The Caregiver perk)

You show immense potential and never fail to disappoint the higher-ups, you always have everything under control. For each Generator that is completed, you gain a token, you may consume a token and break one pallet that hasn't been dropped. You may gain up to 3/4/5 tokens in a single match


Hex: Despairing (Unique The Caregiver perk)

You know personally what it's like to have no escape. You know it's better to give in and accept it. For each generator completed, you gain a 1% speed increase. When a survivor has been hooked once, dealing with a basic attack on them will cause Exhaustion. When a survivor has been hooked twice or reached stage 2 of the sacrifice stage, dealing with a basic attack will cause Exhaustion, Deep wound, and blindness status effect. These effects last 20/25/30 seconds.

High-Quality Meat (Unique The Caregiver perk)

You were known for your high-quality shipments, you would do anything to ensure the quality of your product was perfection. When a survivor is unhooked killer instinct will mark both the unhooked survivor and the survivor who unhooked them for 5 seconds. Survivors outside a 32/22/12 meter radius of the hooked survivor will not see their aura. You get a 25% Blood point bonus for successful sacrifices.

Additional info- when the match starts, After a 15 second grace period. the map will dim considerably, and lanterns will appear around the map, survivors must rely on these lanterns in order to navigate around the map safely, or use a flashlight to find their way.

The Caregiver will have some sort of special vision, to help with the darkness, but using the lantern will cause not only the area around her to light up, but fully restore her vision, as long as her Lantern is in use. The Caregiver will still emit a red stain even in darkness, as to still have some way to see her even in the dark.

Like the huntress, Isabella will hum, this will replace her terror radius (music, not heartbeat).


Version 1, let's see how the general populous takes this, too OP please nerf?
