No me conecta al juego

Hola, estaba jugando lo mas normal, y cuando quise buscar partida me saco y me dejo en esta pantalla, cerré y abrí el juego pero no hubo caso, se queda cargando en ese punto.
Que se podría hacer? gracias

Me pasa lo mismo, al querer entrar a partida, se queda congelada la pantalla y no me permite seguir, y después me vota al inicio.
