Legion buffs ideas
Although their capacity to injure a whole team in seconds is really good, it becomes quite useless if the team decides not to heal. The Legion then feels like Trapper against an object user, a M1 killer that has little to no power. A good idea would be to have two frenzy attacks, just like trickster has the “Main Event”. The more you hit the survivors with Feral Frenzy, the more your “Fatal Frenzy” will charge. Hitting 4 survivors (or more, not too sure about the required number) with Feral Frenzy would allow you to unleash it. Once you use it, Fatal Frenzy allows you to hit a survivor that has the deep wounds status effect and down him. This could help the Legion use their Feral Frenzy more, with a consequent reward and less punishment. I’m not sure if it would be balanced to switch mid Feral to use Fatal, or to endure the short Feral stun first to use Fatal, but that could be a good PTB experiment.
Some changes could be made about the Feral Frenzy stun, making it 3s instead of 4 could be a good thing, while keeping the 4s stun for Fatal Frenzy. You could also increase it to 5, as the speed you get while in frenzy is quite consequent (5.2 instead of 4.6).
I still think this power should remain hit (and reward) or miss (and punishing), as the skill ceiling would be higher. Let me know what you think about these changes, and what you would do to make them a more skilled killer to use and face !

Devs say they don't want to buff Legion because they feel he is statistically fine.
So, we can discuss all we want, but they refuse to do anything with that information.
