Ghost Face, Time to Expose
So I just played a game against a Ghost Face without any perks or add-ons, and he was able to expose us immediately upon stalking, how long does it take to expose? Is it instantaneous?
For instance, the moment I saw him, he went to stalk, me and another survivor were marked immediately, then he one shot us down.
I'm aware of how expose works, I looked it up. I'm just wondering if there's something afoot here? I'd rather be informed then report wrongfully

It’s possible that they had 99’d their stalk at a distance. It’s hard to know without seeing gameplay though.

Stalking from 0 to 100 (meaning Marking a Survivor) takes 5 or 2.5 seconds depending if Ghosty leans or not.
However, what Ghost Faces do is 99 the stalk instead. They wait until they get close before marking you for the insta-down, making it seem as if you were marked instantaneously.

He probably stalked %99 or used some add-ons which let's him stalk even faster. If you have hardtime againts Ghostface my advice is just some videos about how to counter GhostFace and use Spine Chill perk from survivors. Spine Chill will tell you if he is close to you or not which is quite a counter againts him and overall is a really nice perk and can be used for all builds.

if he leans, from 0 to 100, it takes like... 2 seconds? tops.
but like it was said before, he could have prestalked both of you
