Blatant cheater in this game. Are the dev doing anything to combat this?

Just encounter 2 cheater in a row today.

First one as a doctor in Midwhich and the second as Plague in Hawkin.

Both cheater were using speedhack to zoom around the map, LIKE SUPER DUPER ZOOM ZOOM FAST.

And I can tell they were cheating since they left no scratch mark at all while running. Don't have any footage since I didn't have my recording software set up.

Is the dev gonna do anything to combat this cause blatant hacker in this game make this game unenjoyable since they can literally rush gen with no pressure of being chase by the killer.... :-/

    Sorry I'm confused I'm assuming the survivors were cheating and not killers as you said scratch marks were not left but then you said the killers so my first thought went to a plague zooming around the map lol

    They will do what they r doing all the time : pretend they didn's see it. Cheating with communication software has been years and they just says it's ok to cheat.

    Yeah, I had a weird Kate in my Trapper game who just disappeared when i downed her. She spawned again a few feet away from me (still downed luckily).

    As soon as I hooked her, the last gen went off (I wasn't really paying much attention to the amount of gens done - so it's most likely a coincidence.)

    Glad I brought NOED for that game...

    Doesn't look like the kind of extremely obvious hacking, so it could have been the internet or something. I guess we'll never really know.

    I've encountered speed hack teleportatation hacks and instant health state hacks. I managed to record it and I sent off a ticket but never got a response. The speed hack I was skeptical of until i saw the survivors radomly drop down from the sky on ironworks. At one stage they dksappeared and immediatly healed from being down to injure to healthy in 6 seconds.

    The devs aren't doing anything to combat cheaters. Still haven't got a reply from a ticket I sent nearly a month ago.

    Edit: It's been exactly 1 month since my email.

    I sent the email and asked "Do you want the full unedited games or can they be condensed into a short video showing all of his obvious hacking?". No reply so wp reports team.

    I must just be lucky. I've got 1500 hours and I've never knowingly encountered a hacker yet

    Ever met the huntress ghostface? If i end up facin him i might not even bother with reporting lol. He's kinda just accepted now.
