when do penalties reset?
i have gotten 24 hour bans for 5 days in a row because of my "bad connection" and totally not because this game is all over the place at the moment but anyway i would just like to know when i'm able to play the game again without having the chance to be banned for 24 hours any answers would be really appreciated. Seriously though? An entire day just for leaving\disconnecting is a bit extreme why not just a couple of hours?

The decay rate of the penalty is not something that we give out, all we can tell you is that the penalty will decay over time I'm afraid.

You deserved the penalty if its that high.

I'm sure they put something out when they first introduced them saying that they go down by 1 time frame for every 12 hours of gameplay without dcing. So if you get 30 mins, after 12 hours of playing without dcing you'll get a 15 min one if you then do.

That sounds a bit too much, i dont think you have to play to decrease the penalty for the next DC.
Forced DCs due to bugs or something is RARE but 12 hours of actual gameplay still wouldnt be healthy then.
I think it depletes without you needing to play tho.

Im sure I saw something about 12 hours of clean gameplay but I can't be certain.
