Does Brutal Strength effect all pallet breaks?
Like does it include Demo shreds, Blight rushes and Oni slams?

Nope. Only pallet breaks, wall breaks and generator damages as far as I know it.

It only affects default pallet breaks, powers are unaffected

As far as I'm aware no, nor does it need to be. Those killers already have an ability in their moveset to quickly destroy pallets, you should not be running it with them.

BHVR doesn't want perks to directly buff killer powers so no, Brutal Strength doesn't affect pallet breaks caused by killer powers.

tbf, perks haven't affected powers in a while. I miss the days of third seal legion.

Why would they need to update the perk description?
Brutal Strength increases the speed it takes to break a pallet. Killer powers that break pallets do so instantly then suffer a cooldown. Brutal Strength does not say it reduces the cooldown of powers.

Not really, all killers who break pallets with their power do so immediately, they just have a stun after. It's pretty easy to assume that it doesn't apply there.

Usually powers are not affected by perks.

No better you are not pressing the button required to do the animation breaking pallets the only killer that can break pallets quickly is bubba Billy and blight with the ultra rare all other are slightly quicker but not insane like billy

blights is a fatigue after breaking a pallet (or stun with addon), Demos is a stun, Onis is a attack cooldown one would assume that none of these are affected because fatigue isn't affected, stuns aren't affected, and attack cooldowns aren't affected simple as that, there are only 4 alternative ways of breaking pallets and none of them are affected by brutal strength because they simply aren't destroying the pallet they are recovering from destroying the pallet in the form of a stun, fatigue, or attack cooldown
