Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

How would people feel about cosmetic crossovers

I thought about this when there were joke posts about The Trickster looking like Goro Majima from the yakuza series and people taking about they’re most wanted chapters for dbd.

Would people be ok with dbd making cosmetic outfits for certain characters? As I feel like the chapters people disagree on being in the game could be cosmetics, like FNAF or Evil within, Resident Evil and other well know games.

Any and all thoughts and suggestions are welcomed thanks. (Just know I’m not saying I don’t want a Resident Evil chapter, that’d be epic)

I'd personally prefer if they worked on original cosmetics, however I wouldn't complain if we got licensed ones.

I'd much rather have proper characters over them being outfits.

Honestly I'd rather have maps based on different properties than cosmetics. Even if we can't get the characters, I'd love to see maps based on more classic horror franchises, and also just want more maps in general. Cosmetics I feel like we have a ton of already. Could more be good? Absolutely, but at a certain point it's just overkill imo.

This is already a thing that's happened with Legion and the Silent Hill franchise.

I wouldn't be surprised for other cosmetics to make an appearance like the Robby the Rabbit ones in the future when appropriate.

Don’t give them any more ideas. The Devs would rather focus on the money pit of cosmetics than fixing the many issues of this game.
