Bubba's Broken Red and Purple Addon

Bubba has broken two of his addons "Depth Gauge Rake" and "Carburetor Tuning Guide". Both addons reduce Bubba's speed by 2 times more than it should be. With the red addon, Bubba moves like Michael in Stage 1, who still took the red tombstone.

    Bumping this one as it's still ongoing, you walk in slow-motion when you start sweeping

    Yes, I agree Carubetor Tunning Guide is bugged. Should decrease speed by 4,35% but movement speed with Chainsaw is maybe around 90-95% , you can't catch survivor when Chainsaw Sweep begin... But basic Bubba is bugged too. No reduced cooldowns after successful Chainsaw attack, decrease movement speed etc...

    Bubba want go fast! Seriously, these bugs on killers/perks that aren't even being updated (Bubba, Clown, etc.) are just out of hand.
