How to play as the Twins?
I seldom play killer, I have most experience with the Pig and Pyramid Head. I would like to get decent with the Twins.
How do use the little dude? Do I chase someone and then try catch them by pouncing? When does he get reabsorbed back into the big gal? Also is the reason for using him is that he is faster?
What perks would work best with the Twins? I don't have that many unlocked. And what about Add-ons?
Lastly are there any tactics that I can use to make me a better killer with them?

My advice is to run Sloppy Butcher. You want to keep people injured as much as possible because that’s where Victor excels the most when it comes to snowballing. You’ll be slugging a lot so Deerstalker or Nurse’s Calling are two great choices.
For add ons, I think pounce charge time are the ones that are the most important.
Also, it pains me to say this, but if you want to get good with Twins, you have to proxy camp and tunnel because they are so good at that and it’s the only way to really win with them against good teams. It’s not the player’s fault it’s just the design of the killer.
