He would have the ability to blow out people ears for 10 seconds and the survivors would have to stop what they are doing and cover their ears or else if the killer is near them and they have the "Deaf" effect (which means they can't hear anything until they find an hearing aid) they won't hear the heartbeat.
The killer would run faster than other killers because he would have roller skates but is terror radius would be bigger than other killers and he will be like huntress where it is replaced with dubstep and his chase music would also be dubstep and he hit people people with his boombox
I don't know who the survivor would be probably just a big fan of the killer than they figured out he was killing people or something
