Is it still possible to test the chapter before it come out?

I remember before the clown has come out, you could put an code in the steam betas to get early acess

It only worked in kwf from what i remember, it is an code to test the new killer before it came out? how can i get it? or with clown it was an especial occasion?

    Now looking it better i can see that it is called ptb? but i only finded videos of 2017, is it still possible or this was already removed a long time ago?

    They still do PTBs (Playable Test Builds) for new chapters and often also do them for large mid-chapter updates, especially when existing maps or characters are being reworked.

    The one for All-Kill with Trickster happened back during the first week of March.

    The PTB for the new killer was weeks ago, almost a month at this point actually. You've missed it, sorry.

    There is one for every single new chapter and midchapter though. They started happening with clown, and happen every ~1.5 months.
