So I was just looking through all of my characters and my owned cosmetic outfits for them and I realized when I first bought them or equipped them they all had there default clothes on and I was like, wait a minute shouldn't those already come as a made outfit preset by the devs?

So yeah that kind of confuses me why they aren't
