Killers can hit two survivors at once with Basic Attack?
Just went up against a hag and I ran borrowed time, saved a teammate with it. Unfortunately she camped and hit me which started her cooldown. I save with that time and inflict Borrowed Time on her and run through her in an attempt to get hag to hit her rather than me, only to find out my teammate is now in the deep wound state and I am downed... She hit us both at the same time. That's a mechanic now?

Its a server gitch that comes up every once in a while. It's rare but has happened to me a few times.

That happened to me against a Wraith once. I was honestly confused and angry. We were both injured and both went down in one hit.

It's a bug of some sort. You can post it bug report section of the forum, where it will be disregarded.

Only oni pluage bubba can hit multiple players with their power anyone else is a bug especially with a basic attack
