Items getting stuck in pallets

So I had a game where the killer made me drop my item under a pallet with Franklin's Demise. He started a chase with someone else and they ended up dropping the pallet. The killer didn't break it and so I watched as it disappeared beneath the pallet. I think that this would be an easy problem to fix. Just make it so that when a pallet is dropped, any items under it are moved to either side the same way that downed survivors are.
