penalización por desconexión

estoy sufriendo de penalizaciones por mas de 6 horas, debido a que mi pc tiene problemas muy pocas veces en las que se crashea y tira un error, me parece injusto la penalización por estos motivos, ya que debería ser por un rage-quit, no un problema que no tenga que ver con el juego, aun así me sigue pasando luego de acudir a mis propios métodos, si esto sigue así creo que dejaré el juego porque no tiene justificación estos tipos de penalización.
