Using Anti Hemorrhagic Syringe and Styptic Agent together.
So, I was in a Trial using a brown med kit with Anti Hemorrhagic Syringe (AHS) and Styptic Agent (SA) together. When I finally had the chance to use it. My medkit was consumed (as it said would happen) and I was hit, yet went down. SA didn't give me the endurance status effect it was suppose to give me.
Do they just not work together or is this a bug?
I know AHS can be used on my because I used it before.

Was it directly after you consumed the medkit? or a bit after? Because SA only lasts for 8 seconds, how ever if it consumed the medkit and you got downed right after, it might of been a latency issue

I was downed about 1 second after I used it.

They both don't get used.
The first add-on gets used, then tells the game that the med-kit and its add-ons need to be removed. The second add-on does not have its effects triggered due to the fact that it no longer exists.
