Trickster is the most lazy and worst designed killer in dbd
Theres nothing in his kit that makes you go "what makes this killer unique that changes his gameplay from another killer?"
Hes a ######### plague with huntress windup and slinger hitboxes. Why does he have recoil when plague doesnt? Their power is basically the same except trickster has to wind up and commit to throwing because his laceration decreases.
Why does his laceration decrease at all? Plague can literally just do one puke and not only does the sickness not tick down, it actually ticks up which would guarantee a broken status at least. SO WHY DOES TRICKSTER NEED IT? If plague can puke without recoil, WHY DOES TRICKSTER?
I wouldn't really be comparing him to huntress if he didnt have a wind up, but the problem is..he does. By the time you hit someone after you wind up, that could've just been an injure state with huntress but nah ur playing trickster and need to hit them 7 more times. Im dissapointed because hes really just a 110% killer with no power

I just wanted the survivor. Looking at videos and such from Scott Jund it seems like they didn’t listen at all to feedback on how to improve the killer and even nerfed some of his add ons before release. I guarantee we will see him all the time for a couple of days, then when people realize how crap he is we will never see killer play as him again

I agree with everything on this thread. He is super underwhelming and the devs once again ignore our feedback and released him in this terrible state. It's just disgusting how incompetent they get.

Don’t worry. You will see him played a lot as Killer for a few days then never again due to how crap he is. So he will go the way of clown and twins.

I just find it so disappointing because of the lack of content and the new content we do get is just underwhelming and makes me think why I still bother with this game.

I was more excited for this chapter when people thought it was FNaF. The devs can do license characters well and I think they need to stick with those for awhile. They can’t do it right from the start at least with original characters.

He is literally a worse plague in every way possible.
Power: She has no recoil and doesn't lose speed after the short one for start up. He does, and he loses A LOT of speed when he continually fires. Sickness ticks up, laceration ticks down. Sickened Survivors can infect other Survivors.
"Activation": She deals a health state, he doesn't, on hit. Plaque can hit multiple survivors with one puke. He can not. She chooses when it is best to activate it, he can't because there is a timer before it goes away and you need to rebuild it again. Trickster's has a longer startup, it stuns him once it ends and his knives go on cooldown. Plague just continues to vomit everywhere and isn't impacted when it deactivates.
Speed: She's a 115% m/s killer. He is not.

Exactly what i thought. He is in such a terrible spot that even if he were to go 115% plague would still leagues ahead of him

Because if Plague had recoil she would need a neck brace and advil lol. But really I played 3 hours of trickster today and im just so drained. Usually I can play for like 6-7 hours but I just didn't want to play dbd at all after that.
