1) he is laughing all the time mocking a player that plays him.
2) he is called trickster
3) almost each aspect oh his gameplay has an unnecessary disadvantage you cant properly control the main even, laceration decreases too fast, he is slow, knives have a recoil
4) tomorrow is an aplril`s fool day.
will they tell us that it was a joke all along ? Will all unnececary disadvantages of this killer go away?

Probably not. Even for an underwhelming killer like Trickster, it takes a very long time and a very large amount of money to get all the programming, animating, and modeling done and create the killer.
