Chapter Concept: Tombs of Spite
New Killer: The Skeleton
Appearance: A skeleton with a bow and quiver, rotten flesh hanging off of some places, and with a shovel as a weapon (yes, this Killer would bonk people with a shovel).
Speed: 110% (4.4m/s)
Terror Radius: 32 meters
Height: Average
Power: Spectral Bow
Holding m2 will make the Skeleton take out his bow and draw an arrow back, slowing down the Skeleton to 90% speed for 1 second, before slowly gaining speed back over the course of 3 seconds. This can be cancelled if the Skeleton clicks m1, but for half a second after cancelling, the Skeleton moves at 90% speed. Arrows go through Survivors, and do not injure them in any way. Arrows travel as fast as a Huntress Hatchet, but have a greater arch the longer they travel. When they hit the ground, arrows will explode into a green mist covering a 3 meter radius, lasting for 5 seconds. if a Survivor goes into this radius while the mist is active, they will scream and reveal their location for 4 seconds. While the mist is active, clicking CTRL will teleport the Skeleton to the mist that was spawned the most recently. The Skeleton can only teleport once every 20 seconds.
Add-ons
- Slightly/Moderately/Considerably increasing the speed arrows travel.
- Slightly decreases the recharge time of the teleport.
- Slightly/Moderately/Considerably increases the range of the mist.
- Moderate/Considerable/Tremendous radius increase of mist depending on the time the arrow it came from traveled. Slightly smaller mist radius.
- Inflicting different status ailments to Survivors when they enter the mist (Exhaustion would be 5 seconds).
Iridescent Add-ons
- Iridescent Arrow - Arrows shine a bright red and leave a red streak across the area they travel. The Skeleton can teleport to any arrow or mist cloud by looking at them they would by highlighted white, even while the arrow is traveling. Arrows that travel more than 24 meters will deal 1 health state to Survivors hit by them.
- Lacerated Soul - Survivors who come into contact with the mist will not scream, but instead have their auras revealed for the duration of the time they spend in the mist, and for 5 seconds after leaving it. Survivors who come into contact with the mist are Exposed for 20 seconds (the Exposed status effect is hidden).
Perks
Mortal’s Peril - When a Survivor is hooked, all other Survivors that are currently repairing, healing, cleansing or sabotaging get a tremendously difficult skillcheck. If they fail the skillcheck, the task they’re completing has its progress reduced by 10%, and they have their auras revealed for 4/5/6 seconds.
Reawakening - When a Survivor is sacrificed, all other Survivors are afflicted with the Exposed status effect for 40/50/60 seconds.
Hex: Buried Alive - While this Totem remains standing, when a Survivor is downed, all other Survivors scream, revealing their location for 4/5/6 seconds. When a Survivor is hooked, all generators, totems or exit gates currently being repaired, cleansed or opened by Survivors are blocked until the Survivor is unhooked.

Perks
Defiance - If the Killer injures another Survivor 16/12/8 seconds or later after you are downed, without picking you up, you recover 50% faster. This perk can only activate once per trial.
Alchemic Remedy - While 1 or more Survivors are Hooked or Downed, you can click CTRL while healing another Survivor to heal them 33% faster, but you are inflicted with the Exhaustion status effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
Rejection of Fate - This perk gains 1 Token for each unique Survivor that has been hooked except yourself, with a max of 1/2/3 Tokens. For each Token this Perk has, you unhook Survivors 20% faster, also your Hook Progression Meter goes down 10% slower.
