Or have I been very unlucky?
Mostly in the outskirts of outdoor maps in the wooden fences.
I use lithe, and it's feeling like there's less and less chances to use it.

Yes, there are slightly less windows. They adjusted some of the maps to try to prevent long loops.

Yes, more of them get blocked off as the paths are randomly generated in each map. They were trying to prevent some of the infinite loops, especially in the larger buildings.
