Level 4 and 3 rewards charms from current challenges are equal, no difference on glow or shape!
It kills the fun getting 2 equal rewards!

The level 4 charm has a stronger light and mist coming out of the top, as well as some rocks orbiting it. The tentacles also face inwards on the level 4 charm.
