    All of the above, really.

    1) Option to always have chatbox automatically disabled

    2) Option to remove the filter, or keep it if you want it

    3) Console

    This one for sure.

    Even that the recent filter doesn't work great, any player no matter which platform he's using should have an ability to communicate with other players.

    Yes, it depends mostly on Sony and Microsoft but still... I would love to see the chat that everyone can use it.
