New flashlight timing?

Its look like you must flash for 0.3-0.5 sec later than before. We played 8 matches and old timing dont work, but if we try flash a little bit later this is working

    If there was nothing in the patch notes about flashy changes, it's probably a bug.

    Unless they just... Changed flashlights again without mentioning it.
