Breakable walls + D3vs hate weak killers
Breakable walls are nothing more than god pallets that spawn dropped. I don't know why in the hell devs thought it was a good idea, but it was added.
That thing just affects M1 killers, while killer like nurse literally don't get affected.
Another thing is the addition of many god pallets on the reworked maps, that again screws M1 killers but don't affect the top tier ones.
So that breakable wall thing plus these other made me think: why do d3vs hate weak killers?? Why all of their changes end up screwing the trash tier killer and not affecting the high tier ones?
If they wanted to make a survivor sided game, wouldn't nerfing to the gorund the high tier killer be the right answer? Do they design some killer to be bully material and others to be good?? Or are they just dumb???

I’ve seen nothing but negative remarks about breakable walls, at least the way they have currently been implemented into the game.
I wonder if they have any data that says players actually enjoy the current breakable walls and if so where on Earth did they get that data? Or is this another case of “we know best”.
Its just time wasting. It’s especially bad on killers like Hag or Trapper because you’re already dedicating your early game to setting up a few traps, or when you’re playing someone like Trickster and you have zero map pressure so you really don’t have time to waste breaking walls.

Meh doesn't bother me though could be who I play.

The worst thing about breakable walls is that they can't decide if they should help or hinder killer. Some, like Saloon, are literal god pallets. Others like a few of the Mcmillan maps are "never break" for killer because they just buff the survivor when destroyed.
Then you have Wretched Shops 1 wall which is either a god pallet or a MASSIVE nerf to the main building for survivors. Its so inconsistent.

The point is killers have agency, you either are stubborn and keep them up when they are literally hurting your chances of winning the chase, or you are like regular people with common sense and get rid of them when you know it aids you when removed.

Yes breakable walls suck, they should replace them with upright pallets instead.

That would be even worse. Just remove them.

Agreed. Breakable walls have to go.

Yes remove them and have them be a solid wall instead, great idea

Breakable walls is a good idea implemented in a terrible way. All they currently are is a way to introduce incredibly strong loops that forces a break in order to deal with it.
It's like they took all the experience they acquired designing maps over the years and decided to double back on the problems and just put a wall on it. How about just don't put a god loop there in the first place?
