Nurse is a relic of the past and was made back when BNP’s, Infinites and Instaheals were all very powerful. She’s the only killer who can consistently beat the best survivors and doesn’t really have any weaknesses
Yes I hate her how could you tell?

She and spirit are the only viable killers in the game at high MMR.
1 -
She should have never been added to the game but since at a high level she is the only killer that stands a chance against survivors I thik its fine.
2 -
She may take a lot of skill to play, but she ignores every defense survivors have. Mastering her is a guarantee win almost every match which isn’t balanced.
5 -
Imo she is a problem. She can basically ignore everything that the survivors have against killers except stealth, and even then she can take perks to mitigate that like infections and BBQ.
A good nurse shouldn't be impossible to beat.

Nurse is the last guardian of the "being a threat" feeling. When you know how to play her.

Oni?

Shes not a problem. But she needs bug fixing and another addonpass. Her "rework" which was a hard nerf already did the job to make her weaker.
It's often a skill issue if survivors go against a Nurse.

Unpopular opinion, but I think Nurse is not a problem and her nerf should be reverted. And, before you mori me, please just hear me out.
The Last Breath Chapter was released on August of 2016, and back then the game was extremely unbalanced. It was a necessity for killers to have something that could deal with infinite loops, double pallets, pallet vacuum, window vacuum, and everything else. And so came the Nurse, a very powerful killer but difficult to master. Very difficult to master.
Many things have changed since then, but the fact remains that, on higher levels of play, survivors still have the advantage. Not exactly in the same way, of course (except double pallets, which have returned for some unknown reason), but they still have the advantage. There must be a killer that can win against the best survivors out there, a killer that can deal with everything. Nurse fits that spot perfectly.
Now, I admit that 5 Blinks and Omega Blink were unbalanced, just like old Prayer Beads, but they are add-ons. There was no need to change her base kit.
What I am saying is: Nurse is extremely powerful because she needs to be.

old 7 blink nurse=current nurse? ok.

I mean her base kit that’s hardly changed besides one charge being removed and a slight cooldown

To be fair you kill her and spirit...well survivors win then. Thats the problem most people have is that those 2 are the killers last line to face the top swfs. Kinda why i defend nurse at least she has a high skill cap unlike spirit. So the killers are bringing something in of skill to show they deserve to be where they are.

She's a problem. Without her, I think the game could be made a lot more balanced for pretty much every other killer. She ignores pretty much all of a survivor's tools in a way no other killer can. Which makes balancing the game a lot more difficult. A great nurse takes a LOT of skill, so it's not like she's a free and easy win like say... Freddy. Not just anyone can pick her up and do well with her. It takes a lot of practice. Which is why I'd be hesitant to say she's a problem we should do something about. But at the same time, the damage she does to game balance is just... kinda sad really. Nurse is the one killer I feel holding some perks from being buffed because with her in the game they can't be made stronger without being OP. Starstruck will probably end up getting nerfed because of her, even though on most killers it's not nearly as strong.

not, shes annoying as hell, but bearable compared to spirit or , im gonna say it clown

she is op if you practice her enough. survivors always have to rely on 50/50 mindgames and she forces them to change their entire looping style. basically, she removes all of the regular chase mechanics. the original reason why they even made her a killer is cuz back in the day infinites were a bigger problem than they are now. you can tell cuz she completely ignores all of the god loops like haddonfield houses. a lot of perks on her are pointless. seeing a rank 1 nurse with 7000 ingame hours is a guaranteed can of whoop ass for me and my solo queue team

With 7000 hours I think pretty much everyone would get dunked on by clown as well.
1 -
but the thing is the same mechanics apply during clown chases

Glad to see that someone agrees with me! That is exactly what I am saying, there must be a killer capable of dealing with everything survivors have.
