How I Use Brutal Strength
The more I used this perk the more I realized it is not a chase perk as you would first assume. The problem with it is that it doesn't matter if you have the perk or not, by the time you break the pallet the survivor will have gotten enough distance to get to safety.... but which pallet they are running to is where this perk shines.
After dropping a pallet, good survivors never run to the closest pallet they see. They skip a pallet or two and then start looping so they don't create deadzones in the map. If the killer has Brutal Strength, they usually don't have this luxury and they have to run to the nearest one they can find. This means that, for example, if a killer with this perk focuses in a singe half of the map, it will be much easier to turn that in to a big deadzone.
I used the perk a lot on my Pig build with STBFL. These two perks give me absolutely no value at the beginning of the game, but they give me a much easier endgame with a lack of pallets around most generators and me being able to catch up much more easily. Corrupt and Pigs own traps help me stall the game enough to stop generators from getting done until I get value out of these perks. I have been able to win pretty reliably with this method.

Upvote just for thinking big picture. I can see this potentially working in the way you describe.

I only use Brutal Strength when I am playing Pallet Freddy. It is not the king among perks, but it does its job.

I always use Brutal on killers with slowdown abilitites (Clown and Freddy)
The way i use Brutal Strength is to fake going around the loop and then breaking the pallets which helps me to catch up faster to the survivor

Cool.
I only use it to shred Pallets with some Shadow Dances.
