Doctor on Haddonfield
I just want thoughts honestly. How do you use him effectively on this map when people are running upstairs, jumping off rooftops, looping through endless windows (not pallets that can be broken)? I genuinely committed to a chase to see if it was possible, and although I actually like the idea of knowing when to chase and when to back off because it will stretch out too long, I think there are unwinnable loops on this map that are impossible if survivor simply runs to the next window. This map is terrible for any killer, seriously needs a rework.

The map is likely to get altered when they do it's remodel. For now, it's a map you just got to accept you might get stomped on. Twins and Trickster can really struggle with those 2nd story loops. Victor cause he can't follow through the windows and Trickster cause he is slower and needs longer line of sight for his power which is loss weaving in rooms and out the window.
Though Hag works well there, it's tiny and survivor paths are pretty limited and easy to trap.

haddonfield is bad for every killer.

Not bad on trapper or hag but yes.

To be fair, the only reason it's decent for Trapper is because it now has very little competition.

That and there was a glitch where his traps sink into the step at the strode's house.

Unless you are spirit or nurse maybe even hag, there really is nothing you can do. The map is literally BS.

Not against anyone who knows how to loop the tiles there, only nurse and spirit, maybe only nurse honestly. It is just constant god tier windows on houses with elevation and strong pallets everywhere.

depends on how long you take to get the first hit. if one gen is done without even hitting someone. good luck, you have a high chance of losing, also this infinite in the strode house plays against you. the pallets, windows etc plays against you.

Without Discipline add ons you really cannot prevent them from vaulting any of those upstairs windows, because Doc can’t shock up stair cases.
Honestly the best you can hope for is to keep bringing ng survivors into T3 madness to get them wasting time, try and exhaust all of the pallets, and then just bide your time hoping for the survivors to make a mistake. This map is bad for a lot of killers, but is particularly bad for Doc.

Yeah man Haddonfield is the worst map for him to be honest. I personally think he's alot more efficient in an open map or inside the meat plant place (pallet central)
My personal opinion anyway, noone has to agree with that at all. Just something I personally feel. I don't like going against him on Haddonfield, being survivor it's not fun being able to escape the killers to quickly.

I'd really only say its a map that the Hag does well on. Maybe Trapper. But the Sprit and Nurse even hate this map. The Nurse especially with all the random BS that she can blink into.

I just wish Shock Therapy had a little more verticality to it. So that you could hit someone running up stairs. Doesn't need to be a full 2-storey range, just half the height would be enough.

To be honest, everytime I won on Haddonfield it didn't feel like I won because of skill, instead I won because the survivors were bad. Trapper, Nurse and Hag are the only viable killers on Haddonfield IMO.

It just shocks me that there isn't any disagreement in the fact that it is a straight loss at higher ranks. This should not be the formula for gameplay, the killer should be able to load in to any map and not be immediately discouraged from the very start. I'll sound a little killer main here, but I think the point of being the "killer" was to give the person a sense of power, and if you can't even get one kill in a match because of the layout of said map and not because you simply made poor choices and mistakes throughout the game, then something needs to be reevaluated.
