Server connection 8018 error code

I cannot play the game I'm teir 60 in the premium rift and if this server connection problem doesn't get fixed than I wont be able to get teir 70 or even play the game I've reset my internet I've used ethernet and reset my playstation as well. I've done everything that could possibly be the problem on my end and every time I reset or close app or switch internet I still get this stupid 8018 error code. Please fix asap because I spend alot of money on your game and would really like to get the things I paid for and grinded for and to just be able to play the game. It's literally all i play please help.
