Ruin doesn't always activate

-Steam
-Ruin fails to start regressing a generator when a survivor is grabbed off of them almost every time.
-Equip ruin, grab survivor off gen, observer lack of regression and sparks
-happened twice in a row on midwhich as silent add-ons wraith, observed the gens closely for 30 secs, no change in piston movement speed or which ones were active after i noticed what was going on, ruin was still active and regressing other gens on the map. I also have a short video showing it happening but am unable to upload due to allowed file types.
