Lucky Break can't be released like this

When I read the patch notes my initiale thought was "Lucky Break sounds really strong but I think it won't be that bad" but holy moly, this perk is absolute nuts.
Played around 5-6 games today and every game atleast one person played Lucky Break with Iron Will and SB. I had no chance finding this person again. 90 seconds is way too long in my opinion and the fact you can use it multiple times in a trial (the timer stops when you are either in the healthy or dying state) makes this perk literally game breaking.
I understand that BHVR did what the community wanted. We said that weak perks should get more love, so the meta will change a bit. I also understand that Lucky Break was not a good perk before and needed some change but this buff is way to strong, as I said, game breaking strong.
I really want to have good alternatives but this is too much.
[This shouldn't be a rant btw I just think it is too strong on the PTB and I would love to see what others have to say]

You have to consider this from the killer perspective and not a solo survivor's perspective. One survivor running it will probably get a single free escape.
An SWF with Lucky Break will send a player to the killer one at a time knowing that they will escape the chase as long as they are at a loop with LOS blockers. If the killer loses the first 4 chases he has lost the game.

Ehhm, I considered it from a killer perspective. I even said I couldn't find the person after I hit them. Am I misunderstanding you right now? if so I'm sorry.
