Billy guide?
Im a decent killer and have gotten all the adepts except billy. Can't seem to get chainsaw downs as i always hit the goddamn obstacles despite binding turning left and right to Q and E.
How exactly do i use my chainsaw in loops? I know you're supposed to 99 your chainsaw, but its so hard to do without overheating midway and it slows you down so much you can hardly catch up to survs. Just trying to get the adept

Ohtofu has a good Billy guide and if you want more, you will find them there easily

If you're trying to get the adept, don't use your chainsaw to down survivors, your chaser points will essentially be cut in half because you'll be bypassing health states.
And Q and E is only really used for traversal. I know some people use it for curving with engravings but I prefer using a mouse for that. If you're using q and e to track survivors and backrev them, don't. You're much better off using mouse movement.

Ironically going for chainsaws is actually going to make getting his adept harder, going for chainsaws on healthy people will screw your chaser emblem, so honest advice on getting his adept, use his saw for mobility and getting rid of pallets and just be man with mallet. Its gonna suck but trust me from when I used to be a Billy one trick I'd have 12 hooks max points and get a iridescent in every other category and have brutal killer because of a silver chaser emblem.
