If this site is accurate, these two perks:
"We're gonna live forever"
"Barbeque & Chilli"
Have not shown up yet for 2018, and "We're gonna live forever" did not show up in 2017 either, is there a chance the same might happen this year? How are these chosen anyway, is it all random? Some perks have reached 6+ times like Stridor and Thanatophobia so that seems kind of stupid.

Complete random. RNGesus may or may not be in your (or everyone's favour). The only note is that it never includes perks of the latest DLC.5

They really need to increase the amount of perks in that shrine.
The number of perks in-game is just getting out of control right now, 4 might not prove sufficient anymore.2 -
I think we need another slot dedicated to Calm Spirit.1

yeah it's usually just the same perks over and over, I know it's 'random' but a lot of perks i've never seen in it
