Why Does the Loading Screen Spoil the Match?
Playing as a stealth killer? Well don’t worry the loading screen will drop “tips” saying “when facing Ghostface” or Myers etc. Doesn’t that ruin the element of surprise for the Killer cause now the survivors know who they are facing off the bat. By that point might as well show the Killer in the loading screen lobby.

Yeah, I always hated that myself.
Some Killers give it away instantly, like Freddy's clocks. But if you are a Myers this is a totally un-fun giveaway.

This is 1 time thing for new survivors so...

It only does that for beginner survivors.

I mean I keep getting it sometimes as Survivor. And if it’s for new survivors that kinda ruins the fun for new killers.

You will get this while playing against each killer for the first time

As far as i know you only get these tips when you're low ranked and imo it's not that big of an issue that they receive them. They're still gonna have to pay attention while the stealth killer approaches them.
Then there's also tips for the most recent released killer regardless of your rank.

You only get these loading tips when facing a killer for the first time. But I agree, It does kind of ruin the element of surprise.

It only comes up for the first few matches.
New survivors are clueless enough and can use the help

Couldn’t this be abused with SWF as well? Say have one newbie always in your team to give the rest a shoutout. Granted I guess you can only do that for a few matches but it’s kinda give the middle finger to the killer.

Actually the first three times!

Only newbies see it so it's not bad because they likely will go down quickly regardless.

To even it out, it gives tips on the killer the new killer is playing as. Both sides get tips.

Three times? Really? Well i guess my memory isnt so good. Cheers! <3

I have never noticed this? I always get the same type of hints before the game I dont think I ever noticed killer hints?

It’s really just the first tip when you haven’t faced that specific killer 2 or 3 times already. After that you won’t get the tips anymore.
1 -
Gotcha, I will have to play more attention when the game is starting.

It was actually very helpful when I introduced a friend to the game. He would tell me which hint he sees and I could prepare him a little bit. With the Amount of killers it would be way too much input to explain every single killer before going into matches.
4 -
Only new players get that as far as I know, which is just a helpful tip to let them understand what the killer they're going to verse does

Yeah but then you’re essentially playing a 3v1 if they are genuinely a new player. Sure they could do gens but they would also go down in like 10-15 seconds if found by the killer.

At this point does it even matter anymore?
Sure it sucks if they know it's a Myers but as survivor or killer I don't care because as survivor I don't just hop on a gen first start of a game, I run around to find out who the killer is first and as killer I could careless if they know what killer I'm playing.

This tips are only for the first few times you actually play against a new killer lol.

Its either a new person who doesn't have a clue (didnt load amy perks,, can't find gens, dead hards into a wall, crouching around with urban evasion, hiding in lockers, self cares in a corner or is looking for hatch from the beginning) or its a smurf account and you are going to get wrecked.

If people are still getting them while having faced those specific Killers numerous times, then that's a bug.

There should definitely be an option to turn it off.

I definitely still get them on occasion. Had no idea it was bugged.

Honestly DbD needs wayyyy more tips and tutorials. There should be a tip list and video previews for each killer in the menus to demonstrate what they can do in-game when you hover over their power, and tips like hugging loops, faking the red light etc. Would be amazing if they could do the same for perks too (for example, a small video showing small game activating when looking at a totem, then the survivor walks over to the totem and starts working on it). It would be a LOT of work but if they want to make this game look really nice, this would definitely help.
Making the menus not a clunky piece of crap would also go a long way, they still feel so awful to navigate, it's been 5 years and they still freeze on every mouse click, it's so annoying to use.

New killers should have something that says F̙̠̖̖̲͙̯̍̉͌̃a̠͓̹̻͈͛̿ͯ̿ͬc͍̰̖̳i̛̯̫̠͖̱͂̉ǹ̥ĝ͈̞̻ ̟͓ͣͬN̩̞͈͖̯̯̤͒͒̇͌̂͋͋e̢͉̬̞͚̝̬̎͊ͪa̮̩ͨ͂̉̿̏̄
