RE hopes
So the RE chapter dropped and is going to come out in about a month and a half or so.
My only hope is that they don't majorly screw this up, Resident Evil has been my go-to horror game series since I was a kid. Of course it's campy and Chris Redfield fights a boulder and wins, but that's why I love the series!
Honestly, while my hope is for Jack Baker, my issues don't stem from who is implemented into the game, but how.
Even if Jack Baker got into the game like everyone wants, what if his power is awful and his perks are even worse?
What if they add Chris Redfield and his perks are worse than Ash's?
What if the map looks amazing but everyone hates it?
It's a complete possibility and that's where my real concern lies.
BHVR has a habit of not being very transparent when it comes to their development cycle, I'm honestly hopping that'll change for such a highly anticipated chapter.
Also a personal note; I'm worried about which survivor(s) they add to the game, less of a gameplay thing and more of a lore thing. The characters they would add to the game would have to be characters we haven't seen or heard much from, because if a sequel comes out and Chris is in both the entity's realm and fighting zombies then people will question the "canon"
To quell lore-fans, they'd have to add someone like; Rebecca Chambers or Barry Burton, because of their long absence from the franchise, at least in mainstream releases.
Although admittedly I love Barry and his "Jill Sandwich" line

I don't think the community would physically let a killer from RE be weak. Look at the complaints from Demo's Rat Liver nerf, there's no way an RE killer could be weak.
Also, I am fellow Jack Baker wanter, it'd be so sick to get him in the game.
