Can anyone tell me which type of matchmaking is this? their rank is not purple or red and look at their perks!

Looks like the rank 4 is teaming with at least one of the appropriate level survivors.

No clue then - only time I see matches this badly composed is when a purple/red rank plays with a low level friend.
